  • There is strictly no phone or email reservation of slot.
  • Minimum enrolment is for a term of 2 months.

2. RE-ENROLMENT
  • For re-enrolment in the immediate following term, the course fee is strictly payable by Lesson 5 of the current term to ensure the child’s place in the same class.
  • If payment is not received by Lesson 5, it is taken that the child is not re-enrolling in the immediate following term. The Centre reserves the right to withdraw the child and release the child’s place in the class to other student.

3. NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
  • The withdrawal form must be completed and submitted by Lesson 5 of the current term. If the notice of withdrawal is not provided by Lesson 5, the Centre reserves the right to charge the course fee for the subsequent term.

  • After withdrawal, the registration fee will be waived out of goodwill if the child re-enrols within 12 months.
  • After 12 months from withdrawal, the registration fee is strictly applicable upon re-enrolment, with no exception to be made for any reason.

4. CLASS FORMATION
  • A minimum number of 4 students is required to form and start a new class.
  • If the minimum number of students cannot be met for a new class, the Centre will advise alternate available class timings. If alternate class timings are not suitable, a full refund will be provided.
  • If the number of students falls below 4 during re-enrolment of the following term, the Centre reserves the right to close the existing class and advise alternate available class timings for the immediate following term . If alternate class timings are not suitable, a full refund will be provided.

5. MAKE-UP LESSON
  • In view of safe management measures where students from different classes are not allowed to intermingle, there is strictly no make-up lesson for any reason, which includes absence due to medical reason/check-up/vaccination, stay-home-notice, quarantine order, preschool/school events, birthday parties, family events, wedding events, travelling or any other personal reasons.

  • There is strictly no refund or pro-ration of fee for any lesson missed for any reason. This is because the child’s slot in the class has been reserved for the entire term upon registration, and the Centre continues to fulfil its obligations of conducting the group lesson for the rest of the children, even if any child is absent.

 6. CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS

A) Parent / Guardian Accompany
