What does this mean?

Heguru's instructor training in Japan includes multiple stages of learning and practical preparation, including educational theory, observation of actual lessons, practical training, examinations and role-play.
Only after completing the required training and assessment process can an instructor be formally certified.

Every Heguru Education Singapore instructor is personally certified at Heguru Japan headquarters by founders Mrs Ruiko Henmi and Mr Hirotada Henmi, the developers of the Heguru Method under Henmi Educational General Laboratory (HEGL) Japan.
This direct, founder-led certification is what keeps every centre — from Punggol to Tampines — teaching to exactly the same standard.

Mr Kuah Eng Liang
Mr Kuah Eng Liang founded Heguru Education Singapore after discovering the Heguru Method in Japan.
With an academic background that includes Cornell University in USA, and driven by his passion for children's education, he brought Heguru to Singapore so that more children could benefit from the Method.
His journey with Heguru began with a visit to Japan, where he met Heguru founders Mr Hirotada Henmi and Mrs Ruiko Henmi and observed Heguru classes first-hand.
His personal experience as a parent and his long-term involvement in Heguru Education continue to shape the organisation's commitment to teaching quality.
