Considering Heguru for Your Child? Here’s What Parents Really Say and Review.

Choosing an enrichment programme for your child is a big decision.
There are plenty of programmes promising to help children learn faster, remember more and develop important skills. But sometimes, the most meaningful perspective comes from the parents themselves.
So, what do parents who have experienced Heguru have to say?
Reviews: What Parents Notice About Their Children After Attending Heguru
In this Heguru video featuring Heguru families, parents shared their reviews, experiences and observations after seeing their children participate in the programme.
Some spoke about their children's ability to remember information, learn new concepts and respond more quickly.
Others noticed changes in their children's confidence, communication and attitude towards learning.
One of the most interesting observations was not simply about academic ability — it was about the parent-child relationship.
Parents described learning to encourage their children differently, recognising their efforts and giving them more opportunities to explore what they could do.
And perhaps that is one of the most important ideas behind Heguru:
Children often surprise us when we give them the opportunity to try.
So, What Is Heguru?
Heguru Education was developed in Japan by Henmi Educational General Laboratory (HEGL), with more than 30 years of experience in children's education.
At Heguru Education Centre Singapore, our programmes are designed for children from 6 months to 12 years old, with activities that encourage whole-brain development through a wide variety of learning experiences.
A typical lesson may involve:
Memory and recall activities
Numeracy and literacy
Visualisation
Processing and listening activities
Puzzles and problem-solving
Reading and writing
Concentration and mindfulness
General knowledge and creative thinking
Holistic Whole-Child Development
Rather than focusing on just one academic skill, children are exposed to many different types of learning experiences within each lesson for a holistic whole-child development.
Every Child Has Potential
Of course, every child is different.
There is no single programme that works in exactly the same way for every child, and children's development happens at different rates.
What Heguru aims to provide is an environment where children can explore, practise, challenge themselves and discover what they are capable of.
Sometimes, the most rewarding moment for a parent isn't seeing a child get the highest score.
It is seeing a child do something they once thought they couldn't.
That is what makes the journey worth watching.
